Trigard’s Serenity Remembrance Bear offers a unique graveside ceremony for families who have
lost an infant or toddler.
Trigard offers Keepsake with Infant
Casket Vault
DANVILLE,IL—
Trigard
is offering a one-
of-a-kind committal ceremony for families
who have lost an infant or toddler.
“It’s not unusual for families to add a toy
to a little one’s casket,” said
Rich Darby,
Tigard’s chief operating officer and funer-
al director. “We have created a ceremony
that forever connects that toy with indi-
vidual keepsakes for everyone attending
the service.”
The Remembrance Bear Ceremony re-
volves around a stuffed teddy bear that is
gently tucked into Trigard’s Serenity cas-
ket vault combination. The vault’s cover
is personalized with an appliqué including
the loved one’s name, dates and a photo-
graph of the teddy bear.
At the graveside, a minister or family mem-
ber reads a poem that invites friends and
family to say final goodbyes as they take a
TrigardTeddy Bear Memory Ring. This one-
inch, pewter ring has a teddy bear-shaped
hole in the center. Around the edge are the
words: Remember. Celebrate. Heal. The ring
can be placed on a key chain, turned into a
necklace or simply kept in a pocket. Keep-
sake poem cards are also available.
“The Remembrance Bear Ceremony pro-
vides closure and new memories that are
forever etched into a family’s hearts. It is a
unique funeral service that you can only get
with Trigard,” added Darby.

HARBOR,WA—
New Memorials Direct
is excited to add new ring
styles to their fingerprint
line. The new styles in-
clude the bold heart, ele-
gant round, oval “V” ring,
and the rectangle finger-
print ring. They come in
stainless steel, sterling sil-
ver, 14 karat solid yellow
and white gold and plati-
num as well as ash hold-
ing or non-ash holding
versions. The only excep-
tion is the Elegant Round
and Oval “V” rings which
are not currently offered
in stainless steel. They
all have a quality weight-
ed feel and a sleek de-
sign. These classic pieces
are crafted with a com-
fort band that feels per-
fectly smooth as it glides
over one’s finger. Fami-
lies will be impressed with
how comfortable they are
to wear. Memorial jewel-
ry is usually worn by the
individual most, if not all,
of the time to keep their
memory close. Not only
do these rings feature a
timeless design but they
are enjoyable to wear on
a daily basis. They are also
versatile enough to pair
with anything one choos-
es to wear.
These four new exquisite
fingerprint rings are a per-
fect addition to any me-
morial jewelry offering.
The turn-around time is
only 24 hours and satisfac-
tion is always guaranteed.

Cremation Teeth
Cremation Smelting
DES PLAINES,IL—
Mid-States Recy-
cling & Refining
offers an open door
policy to watch the smelting and assaying
of high-value dental metal. “Mid-States
Recycling has been in business since
1982 and recently decided to open its
crematory division to bring much need-
ed transparency to metal recycling,” says
Kevin McKay,
manager of medical and
technical sales. “Our decision to expand
came from recognizing many crematory
owners have been receiving grossly un-
dervalued reporting from their current
metal recycling providers.”
For 35 years Mid-States has been recog-
nized as one of Americas most successful
and respected refiners of precious metal
scrap from the jewelry, dental and elec-
tronics industries, to name a few. Mid-
States Recycling is the largest buyer of pre-
cious metal in the Chicagoland area and is
one of the largest nationally.
Mid-States Recycling & Refining smelt
all lots at their 19,000 square foot, EPA
licensed facility and their in-house as-
say lab performs a com-
plete assay to determine
the precise metal content
on all customer lots they
receive. They can also
perform a quick instru-
ment analysis in front of
their customers for peace-
of-mind at the point of
transaction. For more in-
formation, visit www.

The Paragon Collection
Terrybear’s New Stained Glass & LED
Keepsakes
ST.PAUL,MN—
Terrybear Urns & Me-
morials
has introduced the new Paragon
collection.
The colorful glass designs include memento
boxes and battery-operated LED keepsakes.
The keepsakes hold a nominal amount of
cremated remains in a secure compartment
at the bottom. The Paragon Geometric and
Peacock boxes come with a pre-inserted, 200
cubic inch capacity container.
The geometric design features comple-
mentary colors with some raised pieces to
create depth and texture. The glass on the
peacock design imitates the look of pea-
cock feathers, and the glass cabochons
complete the representation. The stained
glass pieces are handmade and fired, mak-
ing every piece one-of-a-kind.
