Tell us about the Kelley Law Firm.

  The Kelley Law Firm is a law firm with a group of talented and motivated people working to help families recover when their loved one has been hurt and/or killed in an accident. We handle cases in every state across the United States and represent families of many nationalities and ethnicities. We have a diverse staff of attorneys, marketing professionals, a licensed undertaker, and many other individuals who are all focused on giving families the best legal and care services possible.

How do you balance operating a large firm and your family life?

  I balance operating my law firm and my family just like many others do, with lots of prayer. God and family come first for me. However, I am also entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of other families. Treating my clients like extended family makes it easy for me to avoid any conflicts, and it makes it easy for those in my immediate family to understand the honor I have of representing families who’ve suffered a loss.

Are you a member of a fraternity?

  Yes, I’m a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. I pledged many years ago in undergraduate and many of the men of my firm are members as well. With the exception of my father, who is the only Omega on staff – ha ha.

What keeps you motivated to continue to practice in the field of law?

  I stay motivated because I care for my families. I’ve settled over $100 million in cases for families, and while that’s great, there is nothing better than looking back years later and seeing a family in a better position because of the difference you’ve made. I’m inspired to take care of wives who’ve lost husbands, children who’ve lost parents, and other family members who rely on me to put them in a better position in life. The money that comes with running a successful business is great but the payment that comes from knowing your business took care of a family’s heart, their emotional well-being, is something that will forever motivate me.

What are you asking of those reading this publication?

  We are asking that any and everyone with this publication refer their friends and families to the Kelley Law Firm because you want the best for your families. There is nothing you can do to bring back those who they have lost. But in recommending our law firm you give your families an opportunity to live the best life possible in the future. Whether providing resources to take care of funerals via our funding partners, resolving cases to ensure mortgages, educations, health care, weddings or other expected life expenses are cared for, we take care of our families. Knowing we give our families these options for a bright future, calling our law firm is the best thing you can do once you are entrusted with their care.

What makes you different than other firms that practice wrongful death litigation?

  As stated on our website Youcancallus.com we always go above and beyond what other firms are willing or capable of doing for their clients! Our clients are the lifeblood of our business. Our clients deserve nothing less than first class service and every day we strive to provide them the best!

Mr. Kelley in this industry and business in general, integrity is vital, what does this mean for you and your business?

  It’s important that the Kelley Firm and its employees always operate on truth, honesty and most importantly integrity! We’re willing to stand on our word and not misrepresent any facts or compromise the truth in order to gain business! Unfortunately other firms seem to struggle with this simple yet paramount concept! As most of our business tends to be referrals from past clients, what we say and what we do has to be equal! Under no circumstances are short cuts or anything less than the absolute best acceptable for any employee of the Kelley Firm. The buck stops with me and I must lead by example, I return calls, respond to emails and anything else that’s required of my commitment to my firm and our clients!

Tell us about your team.

  I think they are the best team a law firm could assemble. I have attorneys licensed in multiple states, a marketing team of individuals with the most character and professionalism, and other professionals who we believe are the best of the best. Hiring for character first is my primary responsibility, but to know I’ve surrounding myself with people who have character but are also great professionals makes me feel blessed. And most importantly, it makes me feel very happy for our clients and those who refer to us because I know they are working with the best of the best.
