Zontec System
installed in Boca Raton
Mausoleum
Baton Raton Mausoleum
TAMPA,FL—
The
Zontec
Solution was recently installed
in
Baton Raton Mausoleum
in Boca Raton, FL to elimi-
nate mausoleum odors and control phorid fly infestation as
well as other insects.
Fritz Miner,
manager for Baton Ra-
ton Mausoleum stated, “About 6 months ago, we had a ma-
jor problem with phorid flies. Clients would be attacked by
these flies as soon as the door opened. One particular client
that visited on a daily basis would wear a rain suit and hat,
just to keep the bugs off of her.
The Rotunda building is the gem of all of their properties.
It houses 500 crypts and family rooms. All handcrafted us-
ing white Italian Marble. Needless to say, it is a very expen-
sive property. To enter this building and have these flies attack
clients made it an impossible sale. After 11 Zontec units were
installed, the bug problem was almost eliminated. Within a
month, there were no bugs. The Rotunda building was again
alive with sales activity. Sales have picked up and there is a
fresh spring like odor in the building every morning.
“The Zontec process is the most environmentally friendly
way to eliminate odors and control all insects. The Zontec
system was designed for mausoleums. The system re-oxidizes
the air killing the flies and odors by sending out 03 molecules
that consist of millions of atoms that blanket the mausoleum
from top to bottom leaving the air smelling fresh and de-
stroying 95 percent to 99 percent of the gnats. It’s basic phys-
ics, it’s safe, and it works!” said

1980 as an industrial refiner specializing in silver recovery
from film. It quickly evolved into a full-service precious met-

Daniel Isard,
MSFS, president of
The Fore-
sight Companies, LLC
announced that they have rehired a
long time employee,
Stephanie Ramsey,
to resume her work
in their client service area of their firm. “I spotted Stephanie’s
talent almost 25 years ago when she was a young financial plan-
ner and knew that she would blossom in our company doing
client service work. Stephanie was with us for more than 12
years, reaching the position of director of client service, where
she overview a staff of eight professionals,”
Dan Isard
remem-
bered. “Stephanie wanted to return to her family in Oklahoma
as she was raising her children and we accommodated that to
have her be a remote employee for more than 7 years, before
remote employment was common,” Dan added.
After leaving Foresight in 2002, Stephanie worked for sev-
eral Native American tribes helping oversee their financial re-
porting, gaming and businesses. “I was fortunate to have a
MBA and the hands on experience of working with hundreds
of Foresight clients for more than a decade, so helping tribal
governments run for profit businesses and casinos was a nat-
ural fit for me,” Stephanie explained. “I then worked with
casino vendors and management companies before looking
for a business that would allow me to use my unique style
and Foresight was my first choice,” she elaborated. Stephanie
has an undergraduate degree in International Management
from the
Oklahoma State University
as well as a MBA with a
specialty in International Management from the
Thunderbird
School of Global Management
in Glendale, AZ.
Stephanie will be working with Isard and the current direc-
tor of client service,
Kevin Kruger
and the rest of their staff.
“Over the past decade, I have heard the stories about how
Stephanie would handle one client matter or another. When
one of her tribes hired Foresight I got to work with her direct-
ly. It was rewarding to finally meet her in person,” said Kevin
who for the past 10 years has had the same position. “I am ex-
cited to have her join us again,” Kevin added.
“Stephanie will bring her keen insights to our clients and in
addition, I have challenged her to take our human resource de-
partment to the next level. For more than 25 years we have done
many tasks to help funeral homes and cemeteries manage their
employees. However, since Stephanie brought this dynamic to
our firm a quarter century ago, I am going to ask her to take
charge of this service area,” Dan stated. “I look forward to being
back with Foresight and using my experience from running fu-
neral homes, cemeteries and other businesses,” Stephanie stated.
Since 1984, Isard’s management and financial consulting
companies has been the premier provider of counsel on fu-
neral and cemetery business profit strategies. The Foresight
Companies, LLC provides financial and management con-
sulting including valuations, M&A, family succession, ac-
counting, customer surveys and human resource matters.
To congratulate or ask Stephanie question, call The Fore-
sight Companies at 800-426-0165.
