sistant Location Manager

Nelsen Funeral Home in Wil-
liamsburg, VA.
The Assistant Location Man-
ager must have demonstrated
and successful knowledge of
operations, marketing, sales,
public relations and business
development. Critical to the
success of this operation are
flawless execution standards,
combined with a thorough un-
derstanding of our area demo-
graphics and local clientele. The
ideal candidate is ready for the
challenge and growth possibili-
ties of this position. You will be
expected to assist the Location
Manager in directing and lead-
ing all Funeral Home personnel
and ensure that the facility and
equipment are maintained to a
high degree of readiness.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experi-
ence as a Funeral Director
strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year manage-
ment experience strongly
preferred
• Must have a current Funeral
Director’s license in this state
or have the ability to recipro-
cate quickly
• Familiar with state laws
• Knowledge of MS Word,
Excel and Outlook
• Ability to be involved in the
community
Excellent interpersonal, lead-
ership and communication skills
Requirements:
• Must have the appropriate
state funeral licensure or the
ability to reciprocate license
from another state
• Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills to in-
teract with families during
time of need and create and
maintain a premier level of
client family satisfaction
• Proficient with computers
and technology with, knowl-
edge of MS Office Tools
• Ability to manage a caseload
while creating an exception-
al customer experience
• Excellent driving skills and
record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
