Denny began his career
in 1959 as an apprentice
and became a licensed fu-
neral director and em-
balmer in 1963. Denny es-
tablished Northcutt & Son
Home for Funerals, Inc. in
1976. His son, John be-
came a licensed embalm-
er and funeral director
in 1984.
Helen,

wife, John’s mother and
a retired Morehead State
University professor, be-
came a licensed funeral di-
rector in 1984.
