Entitled Complicated Grief: How to Understand, Express, and Reconcile Your Especially Difficult Grief, it will be available through Companion Press September 1, 2022. Grief is always difficult, but if it feels especially painful, stuck, or complex, the mourner may be experiencing complicated grief. In this compassionate resource, readers will learn how complicated grief is different and what they can do to soften and eventually reconcile it. The reader will inventory the reasons their grief is complicated. They’ll learn the importance of engaging with and expressing their grief. And they’ll find hope for their healing. There is a path through and beyond the wilderness of complicated grief. It’s more arduous than most, but to live and love fully again, one must identify ways to walk this path that work for them. This book helps show the way.
