Dr. Barry Lease, pro- gram director and board member communicated that the PIMS board of di- rectors, at their most re- cent meeting, declared that due to the COVID-19 is- sues we have all faced this year, and the unexpect- ed financial burden it has placed on many current and future students, a per credit tuition increase was not in the best interest of their mortuary education. PIMS prides itself on pro- viding the best opportuni- ty possible to educate their students; this is just anoth- er way to make it happen.
