Bryant Keisha Manson Eric Willoughby MOCKSVILLE,NC— The Funeral Directors & Morticians Association of North Carolina, Inc (FD&MA of NC, Inc) will host its 95th annual convention at the Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord Hotel in Concord, NC on June 13-16, 2022. During the week, conventioneers will be able to earn six (6) CEU hours. The highlight of the week will be the installation of First-Annual Deathcare Classic Golf Tournament STERLING,VA— Now is the time to make plans for the First-Annual Deathcare Classic Golf Tournament. The International Cemetery, Crematory and Funeral Association will be holding this inaugural event in Scottsdale, AZ on September 11-13, 2022. The tournament will allow golfers access to both Talking Stick Golf Club and Camelback Golf Club where they will enjoy networking, camaraderie, and rounds of golf with friends and colleagues. Non-golfers are still encouraged to attend, as there will be other activities and events available to entertain everyone. A portion of the proceeds from the First-Annual Deathcare Classic Golf Tournament will be contributed to the ICCFA Educational Foundation, which was founded in 2005 to make education accessible to the future leaders of the deathcare profession. Hotel accommodations for the Deathcare Classic, sponsored by the ICCFA, will be at Mountain Shadows Resort located in serene Paradise Valley near Scottsdale. This, the official host hotel, features striking architecture and stunning desert surroundings. Many events related to the Deathcare Classic will be taking place at the resort.
