Keith started with Tribute on December 1, 2015. As acting foreman, Keith’s current role has been expanded to include Quality Control Man- ager duties. Keith enjoys snowmobiling and is part of his brother’s pit crew for his race car. Keith and his wife, Renee, have a son attending Loras Col- lage in Dubuque, IA on a football scholarship. Dean Wardlow will be stepping back from his position of Plant Man- ager as of December 31, 2020. After 25 years of service, we are very hap- py that he will continue to work at Tribute Precast in the role of Plant Labor- er.
