ATLANTA,GA— For over 30 years, the staff of Airport
Mortuary and The Crematorium have helped thou-
sands of families get their loved ones back home. In
1986, Van Cumbie founded Airport Mortuary and The
Crematorium with the vision of assisting funeral homes
and families in their greatest time of need. Van focused
his business on making time-sensitive decisions and mak-
ing funeral arrangements to ship loved ones across the

Anthony Wallace found-
ed New Direction Christian
Center, which grew into a
large church with a school
and many programs. For a
period of time, the church
occupied a 22,000 square
foot building at 6524 44th
Street in South Sacramento.
Unfortunately, due to fi-
nancial hardships, New
Direction couldn’t hang
on to the building it once
leased due to the crush-
ing recession. In the years
