(CFSA) is pleased to announce
its 2012-13 Board of Directors and Officers. CFSA
members elected
Leonard (Len) Weber
, Senior Vice
President, Manufacturing & Logistics,
Aurora Cas-
ket Company
, Aurora, IN, as President. Mr. Weber is
CFSA’s 63rd person elected to this office in the asso-
ciation’s 99-year history. Mr. Weber has served on the
Board since 2007.
“Len is a strong leader, well-positioned in the indus-
try, and is prepared and ready to guide our association
to the next level,” said
George A. Buckley, Jr
., CFSA
executive director. He added, “He brings solid business
acumen, vast knowledge, and grassroots experience.
We know he will be a wonderful guide for our talent-
ed board of directors.” Mr. Weber becomes CFSA’s first
president from Aurora Casket Co. since the firm first
joined the association as a charter member in 1913.

Vice President Louis Tobia, Jr. is the second genera-
tion to become an officer of CFSA’s Board of Direc-
tors. His father,
Louis F. Tobia
, served as CFSA presi-
dent in 1999-2000. “Lou brings a strong passion for
the industry to his professional work, and to his volun-
teer leadership roles in our Association,” said George
A. Buckley, Jr. “He is in touch with the critical issues
facing our profession, and his skills complement well
the other officers and board members.”

Treasurer Tina Houck previously served three years
on CFSA’s Board of Directors. “Tina pays attention
to detail, asks the right questions, and is committed
to CFSA’s growth and prosperity,” said George A.
Buckley, Jr.
Immediate Past President John Malone was rec-
ognized for his year as CFSA President in 2011-12.
“CFSA was fortunate to have John Malone at the helm
this past year,” said George A. Buckley, Jr. “John skill-
fully guided the Board of Directors through a transi-
tion of executive directors in 2012, while still leading
important strategic initiatives that will better position
CFSA for years to come.”
