Ensure that all rules and regulations of the cemetery bylaws of the state of Ohio are being followed. Develop and reinforce learning skills of grounds crew. Supervise and coordinate the activities and personnel involved in the assigned programs and projects. Assist in implementing procedures in work assignments (sod lists, grass cutting rotations, flower lists, etc...). File accident reports to Superintendent as well as coordinating the health and safety plan. Develop a mastery level understanding of maps and platting of lots.
